Security Officer Armed Patrolling

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government utility location;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor access points and verify authorized entry of personnel, visitors, and/or vendors in accordance with site policies and post orders;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public emergency services as needed;
Support security-related operations involving public infrastructure by reporting hazards, suspicious activity, and/or unusual conditions, and by following established response procedures
