We’re growing and looking for a high‑level Plumbing Projects Division Manager to take ownership of our project division
, handling jobs that range from multi‑day to multi‑month projects
. This is not just a job—it’s a leadership role with real responsibility and influence

You will run the Plumbing Projects Division as if it were your own operation within the company:

• Lead and manage field technicians and install crews
• Oversee projects from estimate → planning → execution → completion
• Perform accurate estimating for larger‑scale jobs
• Ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and on‑time delivery
• Train, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team
• Create, manage, and track project schedules in real time
• Split time between the field and the office
• Improve systems, workflows, and overall division performance

• Your ideas are heard and implemented
• You’ll have real authority over how the division operates
• You won’t be micromanaged—you’ll be trusted to lead
• You’ll help drive the growth of the company

• 10+ years of hands‑on plumbing experience
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects
• Strong knowledge of residential, commercial, and/or industrial plumbing systems
• Experience estimating larger, longer‑duration projects
• Ability to create and manage project schedules with real‑time tracking
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Comfortable using AI tools and willing to learn new technology/software
• Experience with Service Titan (strong plus)
• Experience with professional estimating software (strong plus)
• A self‑motivated, ownership‑minded leader
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
