Senior Commercial HVAC​/R Installer

The HVAC Installation Technician is responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air‑conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. The role ensures HVAC systems are installed according to manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company standards while delivering high‑quality work and excellent customer service.

• Install HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, rooftop units, and mini‑splits
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to plan and execute installations
• Assemble, mount, and secure HVAC components, ensuring proper alignment and operation
• Connect electrical wiring, piping, ducting, and refrigerant lines according to manufacturer specifications and local codes
• Test installed systems for proper operation, efficiency, and safety
• Diagnose and troubleshoot installation issues, and adjust as needed
• Ensure all work areas remain clean and safe during and after installations
• Communicate clearly with customers about system operation, maintenance, and warranty information
• Collaborate with team members, project managers, and other trades to ensure timely and accurate project completion
• Follow all OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in proper working order

• Minimum 3‑5 years of HVAC installation experience (Residential and/or Commercial)
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• HVAC certification (Technical school certification preferred)
• EPA certification a plus
• Valid driver’s license with ability to pass company MVR requirements; able to lift 50+ lbs regularly and comply with all safety guidelines
• Familiarity with building codes, HVAC equipment manufacturers, and industry standards
