This is a highly specialized Technician Helper role, consisting of on‑site duties and occasional warehouse support. A Technician Helper rides with or meets a Technician to assist installation, increase efficiency, and reduce injury. The role also involves processing returned goods, salvaging dead inventory for re‑use/recycle, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. It is intended as a potential path for promotion to Install Technician with proper work ethic and skills development.

• Ride along/meet Technicians in the Field to assist as needed.
• Assist with the processing of returned goods, salvaging dead inventory for re‑use/recycle, and overall cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Help drive the field and maintain equipment for installation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

• High School Education or GED equivalent.
• Availability to work full‑time, following a schedule of Tuesday through Saturday.
• Experience with using Windows‑based systems.
• Experience with warehouse operations, inventory control, planning, and replenishment.
• Experience supporting high‑volume business operations.
• Experience with Field Service operations.
• Physical ability to lift and carry products up to (and occasionally over) 50 pounds and perform related tasks such as sitting, standing, walking, squatting, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
• Licensed to operate a motor vehicle with a good driving record.

• Hourly rate of $17 per hour, depending on experience.
