- Lead and participate in HVACR teams to coordinate and execute maintenance and repair work aligned with business priorities.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and HVACR industry regulations by performing inspections, repairs, and refrigerant management.
- Manage HVACR parts inventory, track usage, and develop supplier relationships to support maintenance operations.
- Provide training and hands‑on support to technicians, evaluating skill sets and promoting best practices.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and maintain HVACR and Energy Management Systems to ensure operational efficiency.
- Compile budget reports, submit warranty claims, and develop scopes of work for equipment replacement projects.
- Support continuous improvement by evaluating new technologies and recommending operational enhancements.
- Extensive experience in HVAC and refrigeration repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- In‑depth knowledge of EPA regulations and compliance related to refrigerants and environmental safety.
- Proven ability to lead and support teams, providing coaching and technical guidance.
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local HVACR codes and industry standards.
- Skilled in managing HVACR parts inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Experience conducting inspections, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining equipment performance.
- Ability to compile and report budget information and manage project scopes effectively.
- Commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement.

- Option 1: 10 years’ experience in HVAC/grocery rack refrigeration.
- Option 2: 8 years’ experience in HVAC/grocery rack refrigeration and AAS in A/C and Refrigeration.
- Must hold a Universal EPA Certification.
- Completion of a 2‑year technical/vocational HVAC/R program or 2‑year associate’s of applied science A/C and refrigeration.
- Excellent driving record.
- Prior work experience with Glycol and CO2 systems.
