We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and self-motivated Field Inspector to evaluate rental properties for safety, functionality, and quality. This role involves conducting inspections, performing minor repairs, and reporting major issues. The position requires physical activity and travel across the Northern Region of Florida.

• Conduct inspections in both vacation rental and annual rental properties, including but not limited to departure, back-to-back, and pre-arrival inspections, as well as move-in, move-out, renewal, and periodic inspections
• Address minor maintenance issues, report major concerns
• Ensure properties meet company standards
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in property inspection preferred
• Proficiency with mobile technology and hand tools
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable with physical labor and extensive travel
• Pay: $18.00–$21.00/hour
