Residential HVAC Service Technician (Entry Level)

Elite Heating and Air of Bradenton, FL is looking to hire a Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician to go into our clients' homes to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their residential heating and cooling systems, as well as complete assigned preventative maintenance. The position is full‑time and earns a competitive hourly base salary plus commissions.

Your primary responsibility will be to perform routine preventative maintenance on residential heating and cooling systems. You will receive any additional training needed to become one of the best service technicians in the industry through our state‑of‑the‑art in‑house training facility.

This entry level position is for someone who has completed an HVAC program at a technical school and has at least one year of field experience. • Relevant licenses and certifications
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
