We are currently looking for full time maintenance technicians to work in Manatee County.
We have work currently available for unit remodels, apartment turnovers, and service calls.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs in occupied and vacant residential units.
- Plumbing - repair leaks, resolve clogs, fixture replacements, water heater repair/replacement
- Electrical - repair/replace electrical outlets and switches, light fixture and ceiling fan replacement, breaker resets
- Drywall repairs and painting
Applicants must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check.
Applicants should have knowledge and experience with basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
Applicants should be hardworking, self‑motivated and detail‑oriented.
BenefitsPay will be based off of skill set and work ethic. PTO is available per company guidelines.
