Thompson Thrift is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Palm Grove Lux Apartment Homes in Ellenton, FL. You will support daily maintenance, complete service requests, and perform preventative tasks to keep the community safe, functional, and well-maintained.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of property maintenance experience, a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50–80 pounds. EPA/HVAC/CPO certifications are a plus.
