Resto Pros of SWFL, a Bradenton, FL–based restoration company, seeks a Lead Technician to manage mitigation on active projects, interface with clients, and coordinate remediation tasks. You will operate in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of damage assessment and on-site operations.
The role requires 1–3+ years in water mitigation/restoration, strong communication, and a willingness to be on-call. Compensation includes hourly pay with overtime and growth opportunities within the company.
