Job Description

We are currently looking for full time maintenance technicians to work in Manatee County and South Hillsborough (Ruskin).

We have work currently available for unit remodels, apartment turnovers, and service calls.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in occupied and vacant residential units.
  • Plumbing - repair leaks, resolve clogs, fixture replacements, water heater repair/replacement
  • Electrical - repair/replace electrical outlets and switches, light fixture and ceiling fan replacement, breaker resets
  • Drywall repairs and painting

Applicants must have valid drivers license and be able to pass a background check.

Applicant must have knowledge and experience with basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

Applicant should be hardworking, self motivated and detail-oriented. Pay will be based off of skill set and work ethic. PTO is available per company guidelines.

We do not provide health care at this time.
