We are looking for an outgoing individual for our Resident Lifestyle Assistant position. The ideal candidate is computer literate, knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Publisher, Excel, Word), enjoys working with a senior population, is a self‑starter, and is willing to take direction. Hours vary depending on scheduled activities.

Job SummaryAssist in planning, developing, and directing the overall operation of the resident services department in accordance with regulatory guidelines and our established policies and procedures. At the discretion of Administration, the Resident Lifestyle Facilitator Assistant may be required to act as the interim Resident Lifestyle Facilitator in the event of their absence or vacant position.
Essential Job Functions- Facilitate resident services programs and activities as designated by the department manager, including teaching classes to residents.
- Assist with maintaining Touchtown up to date; input department events, residents’ birthdays, wedding anniversaries, emergency announcements, etc.
- Escort residents to group outings/activities.
- Assist with audio/video required activities.
- From time to time may be required to drive company vehicles.
- Comply with all applicable rules, policies, standards and guidelines related to employment with Westminster and its communities.
Education
: A minimum of a high‑school diploma.
Experience and Basic Knowledge
: 1–3 months related experience.
- CNA certification.
