CDL Class A OTR Driver

Efficiency Brand LLC is seeking professional, safety-focused CDL Class A drivers to join our growing team. Drivers will operate over-the-road (OTR) routes throughout the continental United States while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards. Our freight consists primarily of dry van, drop-and-hook loads, allowing drivers to maximize miles and minimize downtime.
Compensation & Schedule
- Solo Drivers: $0.75 CPM (loaded and empty miles) or 30% of Gross ($7K - $12K gross/week)
- Team Drivers: $0.85 - $0.90 CPM
- OTR Schedule: 4 Weeks Out / 1 Week Home
- 4,000+ Miles Per Week (Solo)
- 7,000+ Miles Per Week (Teams)
- Weekly Direct Deposit

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle.
- Transport freight efficiently and on time.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate logs and required documentation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and fleet management.
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
- Secure and protect freight during transport.
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A License.
- Minimum 1 year of OTR driving experience.
- Acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Record).
- Ability to pass DOT drug screening and background requirements.
- Basic English communication skills required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism.
- Ability to travel OTR for extended periods.
