Base Pay: $205,000 - $246,000 / Year

Schedule: Full-time

Universal Primary Care, a Federally Qualified Health Center dedicated to expanding access to high‑quality care, is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient practice in Bradford, PA. This role is ideal for a physician who values community‑based care, team collaboration, and serving patients of all ages in a supportive environment.

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan
• 100% outpatient care if not providing OB services
• Maintain good quality medical records
• Deliver patient‑centered, evidence‑based care in a collaborative, team‑oriented setting
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic health record
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and population‑health efforts
• Diagnose, treat, and monitor diseases, disorders, and conditions
• Prescribe appropriate medications to treat patients in accordance with standardized procedures and company policy
• Perform pap smears, pelvic, and breast exams
• Conduct mood and emotional well‑being assessments during post‑partum appointment
• Support UPC’s mission of accessible, equitable care for all community members
• All other duties as assigned

• MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
• Eligibility for Pennsylvania medical licensure
