Senior Manufacturing Engineer

The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for the oversight of the development and improvement of processes and products to enable manufacturing to consistently produce product at an acceptable quality level from the design phase through the completion phase. Reports to Engineering Manager.

• Oversight of the development and implementation of new and improvement of existing processes and equipment for the manufacturing proces
• Design and/or improve fixturing for manufacturin
• Coordinate engineering support for the process technicians, Tool & Die makers and Maintenance on special projects as neede
• Develop and submit research packages for process and equipment improvements, submitting for Capital Pla
• Work with other engineering team members to ensure capital projects are transferred to manufacturing in a timely fashion. This will include the writing of SOP's, training documentation, specifications and coordinating training for both the technician group but manufacturing associates as wel
• Implement training program for all manufacturing associate
• Assist in New Design & existing product development, ensuring all time lines are me
• Develop and implement effective processes for current and new product designs, ensuring to issue required new specifications & SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures) to manufacturin
• Supervision of manufacturing engineer
• Associate will be required to travel from time to tim

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering require
• Eight to ten years’ experience require
• Demonstrated Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) required. Knowledge of AX operating system a plu
