We are looking for a skilled and reliable CNC Machinist to join our production team in Bradford, PA. In this role, you’ll set up and operate multi-axis CNC horizontal machining centers to produce high-quality stainless steel components used in industries where performance and cleanliness are critical — such as pharmaceutical, biotech, food processing, and advanced manufacturing.

As demand grows across the pharmaceutical, biotech, and high-performance sectors, our production needs are expanding. We’re seeking experienced machinists ready to help us deliver mission-critical components with speed, accuracy, and consistency.

• You bring at least 2 years of experience setting up and operating CNC machines — including mills, lathes, and boring equipment.
• You can read and interpret complex blueprints, machining symbols, and geometric tolerancing.
• You understand the fundamentals of feeds, speeds, and cutting tools — and can adjust setups to maintain tight tolerances.
• You’re organized, dependable, and safety-conscious.
• You’re familiar with stainless steel machining and take pride in clean, accurate work.
• You’re able to work independently, manage your time well, and support a team-based shop floor.

• Setup & Operation – Prepare and operate multi-axis CNC machining centers to perform milling, drilling, boring, tapping, and facing operations.
• Quality Control – Inspect parts during and after machining using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools to ensure quality standards.
• Programming Support – Interpret CNC programs and assist with troubleshooting or minor edits when needed.
• Preventative Maintenance – Perform routine oiling, cleaning, and machine upkeep to ensure optimal performance.
• Team Collaboration – Work closely with engineers, shop supervisors, and fellow machinists to coordinate workflow and resolve issues.
• Safety & Cleanliness – Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience or an Associate Degree in machining or equivalent trade training.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturing specifications.
• Stainless steel or exotic metals experience (e.g., AL-6XN, Hastelloy®) preferred.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift in a production environment with exposure to metal dust and shop noise.
