Responsibilities
- Provide routine medications and treatments including IVs.
- Assess patients' condition and changes in status.
- Chart daily, weekly, and produce monthly summaries.
- Coordinate and provide resident care.
- Oversee Certified Nursing Assistants in resident care.
- Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current and valid Pennsylvania nursing license as an RN.
- BLS certification within 6 months.
- Knowledge of the nursing process.
- Competence in IVs, dressing application, feeding tubes, drains, and post‑operative care.
- Ability to communicate effectively with families, staff, and physicians.
