Compensation: $115,000–$145,000 plus potential sign-on bonus
An established Internal Medicine practice is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its clinical team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality primary care with a strong degree of clinical independence, working alongside physicians and staff to support patients and improve care outcomes.
What you'll do- Provide high-quality primary care in collaboration with physicians and staff
- Manage your own patient panel with clinical independence
- Educate and support patients and families
- Help improve care processes and outcomes
- Active PA certification or NP certification
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- ACLS/BLS certification preferred
