Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Apparel associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customers’ wants and needs. After moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor, they ensure the clothing racks, tables, and displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
