Workover Rig Operators – Up to $28/hr – $55/Day Per Diem + $100 Rig Bonus – Bradford, PA

Plants & Goodwin, Inc. is hiring workover rig operators in Bradford, PA to lead crews in plugging and abandonment operations. Operators will oversee rig components, handle tubing and casing, and ensure safe and efficient well servicing. • 3–5 years of well servicing rig experience
• Ability to perform floorhand duties as needed
• Valid driver’s license or CDL (or ability to obtain)
• Knowledge of pumps, tanks, and rig support equipment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle heavy manual labor and flexible schedules

• Proven track record operating cable tool/workover rigs
• Hands‑on leadership experience supervising crews
• Strong safety‑first mindset with JSA and rig inspection experience
