Workover Rig Operators – Up to $28/hr – $55/Day Per Diem + $100 Rig Bonus – Bradford, PA

Operators will oversee rig components, handle tubing and casing, and ensure safe and efficient well servicing. • 3–5 years of well servicing rig experience
• Ability to perform floorhand duties as needed
• Valid driver’s license or CDL (or ability to obtain)
• Knowledge of pumps, tanks, and rig support equipment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle heavy manual labor and flexible schedules

• Proven track record operating cable tool/workover rigs
• Hands‑on leadership experience supervising crews
• Strong safety‑first mindset with JSA and rig inspection experience
