Oil & Gas Workover / Cable Tool Rig Operators - $55 Per Diem, $100/day Rig Bonus - Up to $31/hr - PA

Plants & Goodwin, Inc. is seeking experienced Workover / Cable Tool Rig Operators to join their team in Lore City, Ohio. These operators will lead a small crew in plugging and abandonment operations on oil and gas wells, ensuring safety and efficiency. The ideal candidates are skilled rig operators with strong leadership and communication abilities, ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Competitive wages: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
• $55.00 per diem per day
• $100.00 per day rig bonus

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 3-5 years of experience working on a well servicing rig
• Ability to perform duties of a Floorhand
• Familiarity with pump and tank operations
• Valid state issued driver’s license, CDL, or ability to obtain one
• Ability to perform manual labor required to operate well servicing equipment
• Knowledge of running tongs and other support equipment
• Competent communication, people, and leadership skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
