Job Description & How to Apply Below
Are you an experienced leader with a passion for making a difference in the lives of children? A prestigious children’s home is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Registered Manager to join their team. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of up to £73,000, reflecting the importance and responsibility of the position.
Imagine a role where your leadership skills and dedication to child welfare can truly shine. As the Registered Manager, you will have the unique chance to shape the future of the home, ensuring that it provides a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all its residents. This is more than just a job; it is a vocation where your efforts will directly impact the lives of children, helping them to thrive and reach their full potential.
The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in managing residential childcare settings, coupled with a deep understanding of the regulatory framework governing children’s homes. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services (or equivalent) is essential, as is a proven track record of successfully managing a team. Exceptional communication and organisational skills are a must, as is the ability to build strong relationships with children, staff, and external stakeholders.
In return, the role offers a supportive and collaborative working environment where your professional growth is encouraged. The children’s home is committed to investing in its staff, providing ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure that you can continue to excel in your role. Additionally, the generous salary package reflects the value placed on the Registered Manager’s contribution to the home.
This is a role for someone who is not only skilled and experienced but also deeply committed to improving the lives of children. If you are ready to take on this rewarding challenge and lead a dedicated team in providing outstanding care, this could be the perfect next step in your career
