We are looking for an enthusiastic, qualified member to join our team of highly skilled practitioners in the baby room. At Green Top, we pride ourselves on providing a safe and stimulating, home-from-home environment for our children. We are looking for someone with:

• Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• The ability to work well in a team environment, patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children

Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the nursery
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum
• Supervise and engage children in play and learning activities
• Monitor and ensure the well-being of each child in your care
• Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and secure environment
• Collaborate with other nursery practitioners to create a positive team dynamic

• Level 3 qualification in childcare
• Paediatric first aid certificate
• Enhanced DBS with update subscription

• Childcare: 1 year (required).
