Qualifications

Required:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Experience

Experience as a Registered Manager within the last 5 years in an Ofsted-regulated children’s home

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our newly registered 2-bed children's home. This role is suited for a professional with a strong track record in Ofsted-regulated services who is passionate about providing high-quality, therapeutic care for young people.

The ideal candidate will be child-focused, resilient, and motivated to create a nurturing and structured environment. They must have proven leadership skills, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to inspire a high-performing team.

• Must be a current Registered Manager with Ofsted experience (not seeking Deputy Managers looking to step up)
• You will manage 4 x RSW, 2 x TL and 2 x YPs.
• Regulation 28 Compliant
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted requirements, safeguarding, and children's home regulations
• Proven experience in staff leadership, development, and creating a positive culture
• Must be child-focused

• Full UK driving licence required (only employing drivers)
