Home Type: 3-bed EBD children’s residential home
Ofsted Rating: GOOD
This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate and resilient individual to support children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) in a safe, nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people
- Help promote independence and positive life outcomes
- Support emotional wellbeing and behavioural development
- Maintain safeguarding standards in line with policy
- Work collaboratively with the home’s permanent team
- Experience in children’s residential care is desirable but not essential
- Relevant qualifications are beneficial but not mandatory (salary dependent on experience and qualifications)
- Strong communication, patience, and a caring attitude are essential
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
- Competitive pay rate up to £15.65 per hour
