Your role in our family:- Provide guests and visitors with an efficient, personal service, leading by example on the floor
- Lead, organise and manage service shifts in line with hotel standards
- Demonstrate advanced food & beverage knowledge, guiding the team on menu and wine recommendations
- Oversee Micros POS management functions and reporting
- Take a lead role in opening and closing procedures, banking and cashiering
- Take a positive approach to upselling to help meet and exceed revenue targets
- Support and coach colleagues, maintaining high team focus and cooperation
- Handle guest feedback and take appropriate action to resolve any issues
- Previous experience in a brasserie, restaurant or bar supervisory role
- Strong food & beverage product knowledge
- Confidence using POS systems, including management and reporting functions
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills
- A guest-focused, hands-on approach with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
