Tree Officer

Job Introduction The Tree and Woodland Team is responsible for the management across the Council's estate including parks, green spaces, woodlands, and the adopted highway.

Role Description We are looking for an area based Tree Officer to join our dedicated team in the Department of Environment. This role is an opportunity to ensure that the many benefits of well managed trees are provided across Bradford district.  The main responsibilities of this role:

Tree inspection and assessment

Monitor delivery and quality of recommended works

Resolve customer service requests

Provide specialist opinion and advice to highways and insurance services

Work with communities and stakeholders

Participate in out of hours cover (standby)
