. This role will support a window and door scheme based in and around the Bradford area, delivering energy efficiency improvements to social housing properties. The job is due to start in January 2026.

• Installing windows and doors to a high standard in line with retrofit specifications
• Ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to residents
• Carrying out sealing, finishing, and adjustments as required
• Supporting the wider site team with general tasks where needed (e.g., minor joinery or finishing works)
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and tenant‑considerate working environment
• Following health and safety procedures and using appropriate PPE and tools
• Communicating effectively with site management and Resident Liaison Officers

• Proven experience in window and door fitting, ideally within retrofit or social housing projects
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and a respectful approach to working in occupied homes
• CSCS card (desirable)
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable)
