HGV Technician
Location:
Bradford
Pay: £18–£20 per hour (DOE)
Hours:
Mon–Fri, 7am–4pm (42.5 hrs, flexible start/finish)
A well-established, family‑run logistics business with a fleet of 100+ vehicles is looking for a skilled HGV Technician to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HGV Technician or time‑served HGV Technician looking for stability and flexibility.
The Role – HGV Technician- Maintenance and repair of a mixed fleet of HGVs and trailers
- Diagnostics, fault finding, and repairs
- MOT preparation to DVSA standards
- Vehicle and trailer inspections
- Brake testing and safety checks
- Qualified or time‑served HGV Technician
- Class 1 or Class 2 licence essential
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an HGV Technician
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Health & safety awareness and good timekeeping
- Flexible working hours
