Build Recruitment Limited in Brent is seeking a skilled Multi-trader to join our maintenance team on a temp-to-perm basis. The role covers repairs across social housing properties with a 42.5-hour week and a rate of £22 per hour (CIS).
You will perform plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating and carpentry, delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining safety and resident satisfaction. A full UK driving licence is required; secondary trades are desirable.
