Do you have a passion for supporting families and helping children thrive? We are currently seeking a
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Parent Educator.
As a Parent Educator, you will partner with families to provide guidance, education, and resources that promote healthy child development and strengthen parent-child relationships. You’ll work one‑on‑one with parents, facilitate group sessions, and connect families with community supports—all while empowering them to be their child’s first and most important teacher.
Key Responsibilities:Provide home visits and/or office-based sessions with families to support parenting skills and child development.
Deliver evidence-based curriculum and activities tailored to each family’s needs.
Facilitate parent workshops, support groups, and community events.
Complete documentation and maintain case files in compliance with program requirements.
Collaborate with schools, social service agencies, and community partners to support families.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Child Development, Human Services, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience working with children and families, preferably in an educational or social service setting.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload.
Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends as needed.

Starting salary is $44,000; however, if you have a Master's degree $50,000
