Process Engineer (2 Openings) – Aseptic Fill/Finish
Location: Bradley, IL (On-site, 5 days/week)
Contract: 12-month contract (potential for extension)
We are seeking two experienced Process Engineers to support the expansion of aseptic fill/finish operations. These roles will play a critical part in the design, implementation, setup, and startup of new process equipment supporting fill lines.
Key Responsibilities- Support the addition and startup of new aseptic filling lines and associated equipment
- Lead and contribute to design, implementation, and commissioning of process systems
- Establish and optimize equipment recipes and process parameters
- Collaborate closely with qualification engineers during equipment qualification activities
- Provide hands-on support during equipment startup and ramp-up
- Train operations and maintenance teams on proper equipment use and upkeep
- Ensure effective knowledge transfer at project closeout
- Aseptic fill/finish lines (new fillers)
- Parts washers
- Autoclaves
- Stopper processing units
- Semi-automated inspection lines
- Container integrity testing systems
- Bulk tanks supplying product to the lines
- 5-7 years of experience in process engineering within fill/finish environments
- Demonstrated experience in:
- Equipment design and implementation
- Equipment setup and startup
- Recipe development and process configuration
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including qualification/validation
- Must have design experience (candidates with only CQV/validation backgrounds will not be considered)
- This is not a validation or qualification role
