Salary: $20 - $30 per hour
A bit about us:We are an established machine shop in the Bradley, Illinois area providing custom machining, fabrication, repair, and design services. We support customers across manufacturing, construction, packaging, food, and medical industries.

- Set up and operate CNC or manual mills and lathes to produce custom parts.
- Read blueprints, drawings, specifications, and precision measuring instruments.
- Select tooling, speeds, feeds, and machining methods while maintaining quality standards.
- Inspect completed parts, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a clean, safe work area.
- Machining experience is preferred, but motivated apprentices willing to learn will be considered.
