About this positionPOSITION TITLE: Commercial Tire Service Technician
REPORTS TO: Service Manager
DEPARTMENT: Service
POSITION SUMMARY: Provides service and repair of commercial vehicle tires.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide helpful, friendly, and timely service to customers with a "We Can Do That" attitude.
- Safely operate and properly maintain an automotive service truck.
- Respond in a timely manner to customer service calls, diagnose issues, perform on‑site repairs and/or replacements.
- Determine whether tires are repairable and make recommendations to customers.
- Remove tires for retreading or repair.
- Sell and perform other services on commercial vehicles such as brakes, suspension, axle work, oil and lubrication services.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented team environment.
- Treat teammates, customers, vendors with dignity and respect.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
$20 - $22 hourly wage
