Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents to reside in on-campus student homes and support 8–13 students. Couples provide care, mentorship, and supervision, enabling academic and social development.
Roles start with nine consecutive duty days followed by three days off; later transitioning to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Salary and benefits are provided.
