Excavation Prep Helper

Location: Brainerd, MN

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM

• Perform general site preparation for excavation crews
• Mark work areas and assist with layout preparation
• Install wood stakes and flagging to identify excavation locations
• Perform light shoveling and ground preparation tasks
• Assist with maintaining safe and organized job sites
• Support excavation crews by preparing work areas ahead of scheduled projects
• Follow all company safety procedures and job site requirements
• Assist with additional labor duties as assigned

• Ability to perform light outdoor labor including shoveling, staking, and site preparation work
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the workday
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work safely around construction and excavation sites
• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
• Previous construction, landscaping, utility, or labor experience is a plus
