Ascensus seeks a detail-oriented Customer Service & Order Management Coordinator to act as the primary client contact and ensure timely retirement product order fulfillment.
In a W2 contract-to-hire capacity, you’ll manage the full order lifecycle from processing orders and coordinating shipments to resolving inquiries, handling invoices and returns, and monitoring inventory, working with internal teams to ensure an exceptional client experience.
