Ascensus is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service & Order Management Coordinator on a W2 contract-to-hire basis to serve as a key contact for clients and support retirement product orders.
You will manage the full order lifecycle, from processing orders to coordinating shipments, resolving inquiries, handling invoices and returns, monitoring inventory, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced environment.
