- Start Date: 06/01/2026
- End Date/Duration: Ongoing with initial approval for June, July, August, potential extension
- Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (No holidays)
- Hours/Week: 40 hours/week
- Employment Type: Contract (W-2)
- License/Certs: Active Medical License in MN, Board Certified in Rheumatology preferred
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Rheumatology or Internal Medicine with specialty focus
- Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (please note, this appears non-standard; pay details discussed upon application)

- Educate patients on disease management and medication adherence
- Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain compliance with all licensing and healthcare regulations
- MN Medical License (Active)
- Certification in Rheumatology or Internal Medicine
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in Rheumatology or related specialty
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet patient and facility needs
