Job SummaryPulmonary Critical Care Physicians in Brainerd, Minnesota. Provide inpatient critical care and outpatient pulmonary care in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities- Balanced schedule with primary call supported by tele‑critical care; secondary call allows for scheduled time off.
- Provide care in pulmonary outpatient clinic and hospital inpatient consultations; supported by over 60 referring physicians.
- Utilize the Super Dimension electromagnetic navigation bronchoscopy system.
- Work with pulmonary function lab, respiratory therapy team, surgical team with thoracic surgery capabilities.
- Collaborate with Oncology/Radiation Oncology Services and Nurse Navigation team.
- Engage in E‑MAR integrated low dose CT lung cancer screening program.
- Participate in pulmonary outreach clinics.
- Benefit from Internal Medicine Hospitalist group support.
- Practice both pulmonary and critical care medicine within a collegial team.
- Use HIMSS EMRAM Level 7 certified EMR systems.
- Board Certified/Eligible in Pulmonary Medicine.
- Training and board eligibility/boarded in Critical Care Medicine preferred; if not, must have training and interest in critical care.
- $468,573 annual base. Hired candidates may be eligible for bonuses, quality incentives or production‑based compensation.
