Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Hours/week: 40 hours

License/Certs: Valid medical license in Minnesota;
Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology
Experience: Prior Rheumatology experience preferred, at least 2 years in similar role

What You’ll Do:

Provide specialized rheumatology consultations and ongoing patient care
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with complex autoimmune and musculoskeletal diseases
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient management
Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records
Educate patients on disease management and treatment options
Participate in facility quality improvement initiatives as needed

What You Need:

Valid Minnesota medical license
Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology
Minimum 2 years of experience in rheumatology practice
Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
