Position Summary

The MHS Advisor leads and manages the school's Minnesota Honor Society chapter, promoting scholarship, leadership, service, and character. This role supports student leaders while ensuring a meaningful and well-organized program.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all MHS operations, meetings, and communications
  • Coordinate the membership selection process with the Faculty Council
  • Monitor student eligibility (GPA, service hours, conduct)
  • Advise and support student officers and leadership development
  • Plan and supervise service projects and chapter activities
  • Support and monitor student completion of required community service hours
  • Organize the induction ceremony and recognition events
  • Maintain accurate program records and ensure alignment with school policies
  • Promote MHS within the school and community

Additional Duties:
Performs other related tasks as assigned.

  • Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills
