Customer Service Representative - Opportunity to join a large and reputable organization!

Location: Baxter, MN area

Pay: $24-$25/hour

Schedule: Seasonal | Approximately 32 hours/week

Work Environment: On-site with Local travel (mile reimbursement)

Are you a strong communicator who enjoys helping people? We’re looking for a friendly and dependable person to join our team in a community-facing role supporting local hiring efforts.

You’ll spend your day talking with people, answering questions, sharing job opportunities, visiting local businesses, and supporting hiring events
. You’ll also gain hands-on exposure to HR and recruiting while helping connect people with employment opportunities.

• Customer service experience or a strong customer-focused mindset
• Excellent verbal communication and people skills
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable talking with new people
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation for ocasional local travel
• Flexible availability for approximately 32 hours/week, including occasional weekends, mornings, or evenings

No recruiting experience required! Customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or other people-facing experience is a great background for this opportunity.
