Central Choice Financial is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated individual to join our team as a Licensed Client Service & Operations Associate.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people but also has an interest in the financial services industry. You’ll be the welcoming face of our office while also assisting our team with investment account processing and administrative tasks.
What You'll Do- Welcome and assist clients
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Assist with investment account paperwork and processing
- Help keep client records and office operations organized
- Work closely with our advisors and team to support our clients
- Securities licensed (or willing to obtain required licenses)
- Professional, friendly, and dependable
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with clients and technology
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Financial services experience is a plus, but not required
