Good Samaritan Society - Up to $25.50/hour - - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse.;
Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining and recording vital signs, and psychosocial support.;
Assist residents with transferring, repositioning, and walking; provide range of motion and passive exercises.;
Complete tasks related to food preparation and dining; assist with meals and hydration.;
Document resident interactions and communicate changing condition and care-related concerns to the charge nurse.
