We are offering a $5,000 hiring bonus (half paid at 90 days, half at 1 year) for a Mental Health Therapist position.
Responsibilities- Provide compassionate psychotherapy services.
- Assess clients and develop treatment plans.
- Deliver therapy and maintain documentation.
- Collaborate with care teams.
- Ensure accurate billing.
- Licensure as a Mental Health Professional (LP, LPCC, LMFT, LICSW) or eligibility to provide supervised services.
Full-time, part-time, or contract options with projected annual compensation of $60,000–$90,000
. Hybrid remote with a base in Brainerd, MN. The hiring bonus is offered.
