• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current or eligible Minnesota SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Experience or strong interest in serving K‑12 students
• Commitment to collaborative, student‑centered approach
• Effective communication and time management skills

• Conduct speech and language evaluations for students on assigned caseloads
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in accordance with school policies
• Provide direct speech‑language therapy to students, both individually and in group settings
• Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain thorough, timely records and prepare required reports
• Engage in IEP meetings and contribute expertise in speech‑language development
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities
