Position: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Full Time
Marshfield Clinic - 804 Wright Street - Responsibilities:
Assist patients with therapy activities and exercises under supervision of an occupational therapist;
Provide, monitor and record therapy services to patients to improve daily living activities;
Select, implement, and modify therapeutic activities and interventions;
Provide documentation on patient responses and outcomes to the occupational therapist;
Adhere to clinical practice guidelines and state licensure requirements
