Are you a dedicated Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) looking for a rewarding school-based opportunity in Brainerd, Minnesota? We are seeking a motivated professional to join a collaborative educational team and help students achieve their communication goals through high-quality speech and language services.

This is an excellent opportunity for an SLPA, Speech Therapy Assistant, or allied health professional seeking a position within a supportive school environment where you can make a lasting impact on students' academic and social success.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and therapy activities designed by the supervising SLP.
  • Support students with articulation, language development, fluency, and communication goals.
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate therapy records.
  • Assist with classroom collaboration and carryover of speech and language strategies.
  • Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success.
  • Participate in team meetings and maintain compliance with district and state guidelines.

  • Additional caseload details will be discussed during the interview process.
Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology Assistant program.
  • Active Minnesota SLPA license/certification or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Previous experience working with children or in educational settings preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
